Delivery and Payment Policy

Shipping
For our customers, we use the best, fastest, and secureest possible delivery carriers.
In the European Union, you can expect delivery by Post service or DPD courier.
Estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days.
Packing and shipping before 14:00 o-clock local Riga time (+2:00hr)
All orders are packed in discrete packaging, and also labels on the package do not show products that contain the package.
For international shipping we work with DHL delivery service.
You can expect delivery in 2-5 working days
Custom fees can apply locally depending on your country’s import specifics. For such fees, DHL will contact you before delivery. You are obligated to receive and pay all your local fees or in case that package is delivered to us we will make a refund only on product cost not on transport expenses.
Repeated delivery can be made but you will be obligated to pay transport costs a second time. In some cases (like in Mexico delivery) if products are destroyed in customs because of customer hasn’t paid the customs fee on time, Allsale Ltd. will not compensate even the product cost in this case.
You will be able to follow your parcel after shipping we will share the tracking Nr of your order.
Payment
During check, you can make payment using your Credit Card: Visa, or Master Card. Payment service is provided by Stripe Comp[any and Allsale Ltd. is not collecting any of your financial information on our site. If you need you can request an invoice for you or on your company details. In such case, you need to send us your payment details so we can prepare your proforma invoice.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Refund will be made only to the same bank details from which payment has been received.

Sale items
We refund only product costs, not transport costs. Or custom tax fee costs if such has been applied. Also only after we have received returned products based on agreed conditions.
